Tips for a Healthy You
Measuring our happiness by what we own or have accomplished makes for a very sad living. We will naturally always want more. As Margaret Lee Runbeck said, “Happiness is not a state to arrive at, but a manner of traveling.”
Tips for a happier living:
- Every morning choose to have a good day.
- Keep in mind that you always have a choice to look at the brighter side.
- When you are feeling overwhelmed or sad take 5 deep breaths.
- At the end of the day, think about all the good things that happened today.
Basar nuestra felicidad en nuestros logros o pertenencias nos lleva a un camino de tristeza, ya que naturalmente siempre deseamos mas. Como Margaret Lee Runbeck dijo: La felicidad no es un estado al cual debemos llegar sino una manera de viajar.
Sugerencias para un mejor vivir:
- Decida tener un buen dia.
- Recuerde que siempre puede decidir el lado bueno de la vida.
- Cuendo se sienta mal o triste respire profundo 5 veces.
- Al final del dia piense en las cosas buenas que ocurrieron hoy.
